My Prayer
God
Weariness beseeches your children
Anxiety tears at thier soul
They would fight a thousand battle for you
Run a million miles
but God that hardest thing they cannot do for you
Is fail and fall inot your arms.
O God
How tender the the heart that finds the love you have for the broken hearted
the fallen saint
the humble spirit.
How great is your love for the one who has tried and failed
and failed again and again and again.
O God
Such love
such mercy
such....kindness
I love you.
That is why I love you.
Not for what I succeed in,
but what I fail.
